💰 PAY & COMPENSATION

Average Weekly Pay:

$1,200 – $1,400

Mileage:

~1,000 miles per week

Pay Scale:

0–6 Months: $0.52 CPM
7–12 Months: $0.53 CPM
12–24 Months: $0.54 CPM
25–36 Months: $0.545 CPM
37–48 Months: $0.55 CPM
48+ Months: $0.56 CPM

Stop Pay:

$15 per stop

Freight:

Retail dry van freight

Route Type:

Dedicated / Regional

Freight Handling:

No-touch freight

Load Types:

Preloaded trailers
Live load / live unload
Drop & hook

Equipment:

Dry van trailers

Automatic & manual trucks available

Additional Info:

Round-trip dedicated lanes
Consistent freight from distribution center to retail locations
About 50% live load/unload
Night driving and winter conditions expected

🏠 HOME TIME

Every 2 weeks

34-hour resets during the week (frequency varies by location)

⚠️ Weekend work required

⚠️ Holiday work based on customer demand

📍 RUNNING AREA

Midwest Regional

Including states like:

WI, IL, IA, IN, MN, SD, NE

⚠️ REQUIREMENTS

CDL-A required
Minimum 6 months experience required
No SAP
Must pass:
Hair follicle test
Urine test

🎓 TRAINING

Orientation:

1 day (virtual + in-person)

Orientation Pay:

$300 (paid upon hire)

Travel & Lodging:

Hotel provided (single room)
Transportation assistance available
